Yada IRH Held 3rd Anniversary Symposium

On the afternoon of July 27th, Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital (Yada IRH) held the 3rd Anniversary Symposium. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, President of Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital Ms. Gao Xiang, Operation Management Committee Director Mr. Wu Zhan, Medical Director Mr. Gu Xudong, General Manager Mr. Xu Bin were present and exchanged views with Yada IRH’s middle level and staff who have served more than 3 years.

During the symposium, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning shared the original intention to establish Yada IRH. He pointed out that, as the core zone of Yada Health Park, Yada IRH gets heightened attention from the company. Under the operation principle of Reputation and Safety, Yada IRH has entered into a new development phase after three-year practice and will work toward systematization and specialization in future. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning stressed that, Yada IRH should take the opportunity of the 3rd Anniversary to envisage problems in operation, focus on process construction, enhance team building, and increase input in staff training.

Participants narrated their gains and growth during 3-year work in Yada IRH, and based on their own jobs, reviewed changes and development in the past 3 years from the aspects of system construction, personnel training, team building, business development, etc. Yada IRH’s operation mode of putting the medial safety, medical quality and medical service in the first place is widely recognized. The staff present said they would insist the core value of “Virtue & Future” and the concept of “Morality, Quality and Taste”, and they had high expectation for Yada IRH’s development and their own.

At last, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing pointed out that, each business section is an integral part of Yada. All staff should have the spirit of a board of chess, and work with each other for a unified purpose. He expressed his thanks to all staff for their contributions to push Yada’s development. He also expected that, everyone could get more achievements on Yada platform and grow together with Yada.
