Yada Capital Endows the “Yada Education Fund”

On September 9th 2018, Yada Captial donated 5 million yuan to Yixing Municipal Charities to set up “Yada Education Fund”. The Donation Ceremony was held at Yixing Yang Xiang Primary School. Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee Mr. Shenjiang, Mayor Mr. Zhang Lijun, Deputy Mayor Ms. Lu Min, responsible person from Yixing Education Bureau, Civil Affairs Bureau, Charities and Yang Xiang town, teacher and student representatives of Yang Xiang Primary School and Yada Capital team members were present in the Ceremony.

Before the Ceremony, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning and Secretary Mr. Shen Jiang looked around Yang Xiang Primary School and watched the School’s featured program Children Drum Music. In the Ceremony, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing endowed the Fund Cheque to Yang Xiang Primary School, and Mayor Mr. Zhang Lijun awarded the Donation Certification to Yada Capital. The first grants of Yada Education Fund, such as scholarship, financial aids, fellowship, special care fund, were also awarded during the Ceremony.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning said, the purpose of Yada Capital donating to education is to encourage education development in towns and support to build the beautiful countryside. He stressed that, Yada does not only invest in Yixing, but also takes root in Yixing. Yada would like to be the outstanding enterprise citizen, undertake more enterprise social responsibilities and make greater contribution to Yixing’s industrial development, talent introduction, culture prosperity and education progress.

Secretary Mr. Shen Jiang spoke highly of Yada Capital being warmhearted in promoting public good. He pointed out that, Yixing has the good tradition of worshiping culture and education, education is in the strategically preferential-development position. The set-up of Yada Education Fund would promote Yixing’s education development. He expected that all levels of education authorities and teachress would bring the social’s hope, make good efforts and create better education achievements.

Since establishment, Yada always insists the principle of “Public Benefit Preferential”. In Yada·Yangxian Xishan, Yada firstly executed the construction of public facilities, including Dongpo Pavilion, Yada Academy, Culture and Art Center as well as Ageless Center, and regarded the environment governance and ecological protection as top priorities. This donation to Yang Xiang Primary School and set-up of Yada Education Fund is one more solid step forward in undertaking the enterprise social responsibilities.
