Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning Inspects Yada Yangxian Xishan Project

From October 8th to 12th 2018, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianing inspected Yada projects’ construction and the reception center preopening work in Yixing. During the inspection, Chairman Mr. Jiang paid several visits to the construction site, as well as coordinated with Deputy Mayor of Yixing Mr. Ma Zhong and relevant authorities’ responsible persons on planning construction, land supply, property management, etc.

On October 8th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing with Partner of IDG Captial Mr. Li Jianguang, Vice President of Yada Harmony Mr. Li Suiching examined the Reception Center’s construction quality in detail and the outside landscape situation, as well as learned about the reception procedure and plan on site. He pointed out that, the Reception Center will come into use after the work completion, it is a milestone for Yixing project. He hoped all staff could fulfill the ending work and opening preparation at a high standard and ensure a timely opening. He stressed that, as a key window to display the corporate culture and project image, the Reception Center should enhance the concept of “Details the Key to Success”. He also asked the sales department to improve the team building and to make full preparation for welcoming the official opening of the Reception Center by good mental outlook and professional service standards.

On October 9th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning met and exchanged opinions with Mr. Xu Qunfeng, the Director of Wuxi Tea Research Institution and the Tea Garden project partner, at the Project Headquarters. He also inspected the Tea Garden’s overall planning construction on the site. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that, the Tea Garden was a key zone for the whole project, the professional technique team should give full play to the planning, plantation and production in order to develop good quality market-oriented products. He asked the corporate department related to provide full support to equipment purchase, supporting landscape and road construction, making the Tea Garden to be one of the highlights in the whole Park together.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning listened to Mr. Liu Naifa on the Project’s operation at the early stage and Anya Palace’s running situation. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning said, the Project operation team should have the overall and long-term view, and the preparation of Anya Palace would lay a good foundation for the Park’s operation service. He asked to train and build an energetic and qualified operation and management team with proper manning which focusing on details, practice and self-improvement. He stressed to execute the partners’ service guarantee and supervision responsibility carefully, and to make the Project a boutique work together.

On October 11th, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning invited Chinese Crafts and Artisan Master Mr. Xu Xiutang to visit the initially completed Reception Center, Dongpo Pavilion and the Lakeside Park. Master Mr. Xu Xiutang praised Yada Yangxian Xishan’s overall planning, great momentum and beautiful landscape. He wished the Project to be completed with great success.

During the inspection, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing further specified the Project construction’s direction, encouraged the construction team and the operation team, and enhanced the whole team’s faith to pursue perfection and excellence.

During the inspection, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning also paid a visit to Mingling Yaohu Town Project for inspection, and listened to General Manager of Mingling Yaohu Town Company Mr. Zhu Zhenghua on the work report.
