Yada Aged-care Industry Fund Investors Meeting 2018 Held

On December 3rd 2018, Yada Aged-care Industry Fund Investors Meeting 2018 was held at Yada’s Beijing headquarters. Founding Partner of Yada Capital Mr. Jiang Jianning, investor representatives of Yada aged-care industry fund, Partner of IDG Capital and Yada Capital Mr. Li Jianguang, Managing Directors of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Ping, Ms. Gao Xiang and Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice Presidents Mr. Li Suiching and Ms. Song Liying, Chairman of Yada Senior Living Mr. Zhou Jianping, General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Company Mr. Zhu Haoyi and other relevant personnel attended the meeting.

In the meeting, General Manager Mr. Zhu Haoyi introduced the development and construction progress of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (Yada Yangxian Xishan) and Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park in detail. All three large-scale projects are moving forward in an orderly manner according to the construction and operation schedule of their own. Project key zones have successively been completed and come into service.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing gave a summary on Yada aged-care fund’s overall operation throughout 2018. Relying on successful experience and core teams in aged-care and healthcare industries and park operation, Yada fully guarantees its projects are under smooth implantation and good efficient operation. Yada will continue to be the leading force of the industry and attach equal importance to social and economic benefits, and realize social value while providing investors with financial returns.

Investors gave full affirmation to Yada aged-care industry fund on its operational achievements in 2018, as well as projects’ quality and profit-making ability. They would keep supporting Yada to explore the aged-care and healthcare industries. In the meeting, all participants also had an in-depth discussion on China’s aged-care and healthcare current situation as well as Yada age-care fund’s development path.

Yada aged-care fund is jointly set up by Yada and IDG Capital focusing on the healthcare and aged-care industries. On April 12th 2017, the Fund successfully passed the review of China Asset Management Association, and was awarded the certificate as the Private Equity Fund Manager with the serial number P1062350.
