Zhejiang Yada Awarded “2018 Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises” Title

On the afternoon of March 25th， Wuzhen held 2019 Economic Working Conference and 3rd Session of 4th Wuzhen Chamber of Commerce General Meeting. In the meeting, Wuzhen Town Government commended the enterprises with the titles of “2018 Top 10 Tax Payers”, “2018 Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises” and etc. Several companies under Wuzhen Yada IHEP are on the list.

Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Ltd Co. and Zhejiang Yada Tourism Development Ltd Co. have been awarded the title of 2018 Top 10 Tax Payers respectively. Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital Ltd Co. has won the title of 2018 Top 10 Outstanding Enterprises.

These awarded companies are parts of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park, and undertake the construction, operation and management of relevant zones of Wuzhen Yada IHEP. Wuzhen Yada IHEP is the first compound themed park integrating leisure, healthcare and aged-care, which is invested and constructed by Yada. On May 26th 2011, the Project Agreement was entered into. On June 28th 2012, it began construction. Then zones in it including the independent retirement community (Wuzhen Graceland), Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital, the University for the Aged (Yile College), high-end leisure & tourism zone (Alila Wuzhen) and the aged-care product exhibition zone (Yada Ageless Center) came into service successively and formed their own featured operation modes.        

Among these zones, the independent retirement community Wuzhen Graceland, based on the innovative collegiate aged-care mode, provides the elderly with eleven services from three major systems namely health, study and life. Many events including the Good-Neighborly Month have become traditional and classic events of Graceland, as well as the cultural core of Graceland brand. Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital is a high-end ecological international medical center, equipped with full set of rehabilitation medicine and physical examination functions. In virtue of world leading rehabilitation techniques, it provides outstanding health management and medical treatment services for neurological, bones & joints diseases and sub-healthy group.
