Zhejiang Yada IRH Held 2019 Management Team Building Activity

On September 18th, Zhejiang Yada International Rehabilitation Hosptial held the management team building activity at Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park (Yada Yangxian Xishan). The middle-to-top-level managers  and key members from Hospital Cilinical Department,  Nursing Department, Medical Affairs and Administration Department attended the activity.

In the morning, Yada Hospital team visited the core area of Yada Yangxian Xishan and learned about the Project’s positioning, functional layout, service concept and development progress in detail. They enjoyed Chinese Arts and Crafts Master Mr. Xu Xiutang’s calligraphy, paintings and purple sands crafts exhibition that were created especially for Yixing Yada Project. All participants also climbed up to Dongpo Pavilion, the landmark architecture of Yixing, admiring its simple and unsophisticated architectural style as well as meaningful and long standing cultural connotation.

In the afternoon, 2019 Yada Hospital Management Team Work Exchange Meeting was held at the meeting room of Yada Yangxian Xishan. The management team had an indepth exchange on assuring medical safety, improving medidal quality, enhancing patients’ experience and reinforceing brand reputation. All participants gave their suggestions for hospital’s sustainable development based on their job features and the visiting experience.

Director of Yada Hospital Management Committee Mr. Wu Zhan stressed that, more attentions should be paid to the culture construction and medical safety when Yada Hospital maintains steady development and builds up its features in medical service. Chairman of Yada Hospital Ms. Gao Xiang gave credit for the achievements and contributions of all conferees that make the hospital operating safely and win good reputation from the market. She pointed out that, the aim of this team building activity is Observing Yada Outside of Yada. It is a chance to  feel the diversified culture and rich business content of Yada company and learn advantages from other sectors on Yada’s whole industrial chain. Innovation on operational concept, service format, and substances of our product offering should go hand in hand with day to day work.

The activity ended up with the dinner invited by Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning at Town Canteen. During the deep exchange with all participants, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianing pointed out that, Yada Hospital is a key component on the corporate healthcare and agad-care industrial chain. The hospital management should always bear in mind of providing high medical quality and excellent service, as well as keep improving medical technology and service level  to jointly build Yada’s brand-competitiveness.

This activity strengthens communication between Yada’s different project sectors and hospital departments, expands thinking of hospital management, and benefits for continuous improvement in medical concept, service quality and patient experience.
