We have lived at Wuzhen Graceland for more than 4 months since March 21st 2020. What happened during the period made us feel enjoyable to live a happy, simple and safe life here.

Yesterday I was moved. I cannot keep thanking all Graceland staff for their bring convenience, ease, joy and luck to our life.

On the second night at Graceland, I went to enjoy the glorious full moon by the lake. I thought, such a beautiful community was what I expected for years. (I have been to Sanya for many time to find a community backing the mountain and facing the sea)

Now, waterside pavilions are along walkway. Neighbors are like families. We enjoy the life here, while feel grateful.

Graceland property Management Company offers shuttling cart service. The driver saw my mother difficult to walking. He drove the cart to the lobby door. In the sense, my mother does not need walk along the staircase.

Another sunny day, one driver stopped the cart at the crossroad beside the lobby. I felt a bit confused. The driver answered, here was closer. I was moved by their attention.

Wandering in Graceland is like in wonderland of Jiangnan.

One day, I found the public area staff cleaning the pumpkin lamps along the corridor. They were so careful that every line on the lamp were cleaned up.

After that, I paid more attention to details of tables, chairs and windows outside. I found they were well maintained by the staff.

One day, I saw gardeners were rooting out grass. I was curious why they did so. They told me, plants in Graceland were well planned. Once the grass became yellow, it would be replaced by fresh one. Their conscientiousness surprised me.

My love to Graceland is more and more. One step, one scene here. In autumn, we can find different kinds of fruits on trees. Here is a garden, an orchard, a manor, also my home.

Each flower, plant even grass was well maintained so that we could enjoy a good living environment. My loving cannot be expressed by any single word.

I feel very lucky to live here.

One day, I found my room card lost. Before determining to reapply one card, I tried to contact the Monitoring Center and the property management office. Ms. Chen from my community property management office, replied me, my card was picked up by one resident of Graceland.

Mr. Jin, a staff of Zhenya Community property management office, helped me a lot. One day, my personal computer could not be turned on. I consulted him how to repair it. The next day, he brought his power cable to test the computer. Till I bought a new cable, he got back his cable power.

During my stay here, my parents pulled the alarm by mistake for several times. The monitoring center called us and assigned their staff to my home to release the alarm.

A few days ago, we contacted the property management office for we wanted to dig some holes on the wall to install an electronic calendrer. But the time cannot be fixed for several time. I became angry and called the telephone of property management office.

The manager explained to me very patiently. These days, Wuzhen was experience heavy rains. The maintenance workers were assigned to maintain the roof. Then she asked the Engineering Department to fix a general time. Then she told me, the engineers were disinfecting the swimming pool that may last to 2-3 pm. After that, they would help me to dig holes.

At that moment, I was impressed by her attitude to solve the problem. She did not prevaricate, but calmly listened to me and squarely solve it. I want to say, thanks.

Yesterday I felt lucky to live here once more and wanted to express my thanks to all Graceland staff.

Yesterday, I went to see my father at around 2pm. I asked him how about the lunch. He hesitated for a long time and said finally, “I did not have lunch.” I asked him why. He said he lost his appetite. I asked him for several time and then he told me the truth. He did not have the lunch for he lost his wallet and felt aggrieved.

I told him, it does not matter, we can buy a new bag.

My father said, “But my watch is in the bag”. I said, “The watch is not expensive.” But he still felt bad. So I tried to call the Monitoring Center to check the record.

The Center responded that my father’s wallet had been submitted to the guard booth of the south gate. I told the Center that there were a whip and a watch in the backpack. The Center contacted the security at the south gate.

But the reply from the security said there was only a Ping-Pong ball, no whip in the black backpack.

I thought it was not my father’s bag. I worried about my father. So I persuaded him to play golf downstairs.

He took a plastic bag to put golf balls. Seeing that, I asked him, “Do you have a black golf net bag?” He said it was in the lost backpack.

I immediately got him and called the Monitoring Center to ask whether there was a solid ping-pong ball in the backpack. If yes, the bag was highly likely ours.

The Center contacted the security again and told us “You can fetch them back for the ball is solid.”

We went to the guard booth. The security handed the bag to us. He told us that, they did not open the bag at the first time. But after Center asked him again, he opened the bag to confirm whether there was a watch.

We were very thankful. But the security said, that was what he should do.

My father became glad. I thought, it was not a bag or a watch, but the feeling of safety.

I worked in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. The projects I have worked for located in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Shandong. Their property management staff made decision depending on the social status of the residents. I have another apartment in Shanya. The cart driver there called or answered phones during driving. The corridor there may be not cleaned for residents were too few.  

The responsibility of the manager is the soul of an enterprise. The staff’s behavior is guided by their heart. The complete soul of an enterprise is made up of the heart of every employees.

What I want to express is not only the passage. I have a lot of thanks to say. Thanks for their maintenance on the plants, road, chairs and animals in Graceland.

Thanks for the Canteen. We have every meal there. The food there is yummy and healthy.
