Nanjing Four-New Actions Leading Group Visits Yada Gaochun Park

As the sample project of New Consumption Sector in Gaochun District “Four New Actions”, Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park received site inspection from Nanjing Four New Action leading team on September 5th.

Chairman of Nanjing Municipal CPPCC Mr. Liu Yi’an, Deputy Mayor Mr. Xing Zhengjun and Mr. Shen Jianrong visited the Project on site with all District Heads and main department responsible persons from the municipal government. Gaochun District Head Mr. Liu Wei, Executive Deputy District Head Mr. Zhang Zheng, Chairman of Jiangsu Yada Park Mr. Zhou Jianping and General Manager of CYTS Linkage Mr. Li Dongchuan accompanied with the delegation.

Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park is one of Jiangsu Provincial Key Projects. Chairman Mr. Zhou Jianping focused on the Project’s positioning, overall planning, operational philosophy and construction progress. He said, Yada Gaochun Park aimed to be a place where consumers could stay for long and have deep experience in wellness living and travel. As the key component of Gaochun all-for-one tourism, the Project would be created into a benchmarking project integrating wellness and cultural tourism in Nanjing to deepen the development of Gaochun all-for-one tourism.

Mr. Li Dongchuan introduced Yada Gucheng Bay’s commercial layout, mobile route and investment attraction progress. He said, relying on distinct culture and resources of Gaochun, Yada Gucheng Bay would become a parent-child resort complex with highest quality in Nanjing. It has proactively introduced well-know brands including Happy Twist, New Century Hotel, Haichang Lovable Pet Park, Zigong Night Tour Lantern Show and etc. Based on rigid demands of high-net-worth individual in family vacation and parent-child holiday, the Project would be a core point to link Culture Slow City, Water Slow City and Mountain Slow City, which is beneficial for the improvement of Gaochun all-for-one tourism quality.  

Having listened to the report, Mr. Liu Yi’an highly recognized the Project’s positioning, development and operation concept as well as construction quality, and was full of confidence in successful operation. He said, the Project would develop a new state of all-for-one tourism in Gaochun after running. All participants also said, depending on strong ability of Yada and CYTS in resource integration and high-quality project creation and operation, they would combine distinct cultural and environmental resources of Gaochun to make the Project to be a benchmarking project representing the highest quality of wellness living and leisure tourism in Nanjing.

Main department leaders of Gaochun District Government, Directors of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Company Mr. Zhu Qianhui and General Manager Mr. Jin Huijie accompanied with the reception.
