Yixing Leadership Mr. Shen Jian and Mr. Chen Shoubin Visit Yaohu Town and Yangxian Xishan

On the morning of September 15th, Secretary of Yixing Municipal Party Committee Mr. Shen Jian, Deputy Secretary and Acting Mayor of Yixing Municipal Government Mr. Chen Shoubin and Deputy Mayor Mr. Ma Zhong visited Yaohu Town and Yangxian Xishan. Both Projects were provincial major projects of Jiangsu. Director of Yangxian Ecological Tourism Zone Management Office Mr. Zhang Min and Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning accompanied with the delegation.

On the site of Yaohu Town, General Manager of Yaohu Town Tourism Company Mr. Zhu Zhenghua introduced the Project’s overall situation and construction progress to Secretary Mr. Shen and Mayor Mr. Chen. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning had an exchange with the delegation on the Project’s positioning and format planning in the future. Chairman Mr. Jiang said, for the purpose of offering diversified travelling experience in a pure ecological environment operating 24/7, Yaohu Town would be built into an international tourism zone integrating functions of leisure, travel and exhibition services.

At Town Center of Yangxian Xishan, Secretary Mr. Shen went around Luobu Post House, Cultural & Creative Experience Store, Business Center, Canteen, Supermarket, Agricultural Bank of China sub-branch, Yangxiang Folk Custom Street, South Entrance Square, Yada Academy and etc. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning introduced the business pattern and functional positioning of Town Center in detail. He pointed out that, as the comprehensive service port and tourists center of Yangxian National Tourism Zone, Town Center would bring in high-quality enterprises and contribute to more resources for local taxation, by setting up a platform that attracts capital and businesses; it would carry forward Yixing traditional culture and create featured tourism brands by organizing activities; and further enhance tourism quality, increase employment and accelerate local economy by improving supporting facilities.  

To enrich business in the Tourism Zone, Town Center would hold the 1st Hufu Yangxian Xishan Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival during the National Day holiday. During the Festival, there would be large-scale themed lantern show, featured cultural & creative and gourmet fair, comprehensive artistic performance and etc. It could be a chance to explore the operation patterns of night economy at mountain area of Southern Yixing. Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning said, Yada, the investor of Yaohu Town and Yangxian Xishan, was duty-bound in enhancing regional tourism quality and market competitiveness, and made unremitting efforts in Yixing tourist industry.

Secretary Mr. Shen Jianjian fully affirmed Yaohu Town and Yangxian Xishan. He pointed out that, as the provincial major tourism projects, both projects were planned and constructed in accordance with high quality standards by Yada and made a positive contribution to Yixing tourism development. The Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government would continue to offer great support to the Project. He asked the newly established Tourism Zone Management Office to proactively act, coordinate and do well in the Project guarantee, for the purpose of pushing Yixing tourism development forward.  

Main leaders from Yangxian Ecological Tourism Zone Management Office, Zhangzhu Town and Hufu Town as well as Yada management team attended the visit.
