Cross-Province Settlement on Clinic Expense Pilot Expansion

In recent days, National Health Insurance Administration and Ministry of Finance published the Notice on Promoting Clinic Expense Cross-Province Settlement Work. It said, 12 provinces (regions, cities) including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunan and Tibet, were the pilot area for clinic expense cross-province settlement. In addition, any other provinces who were qualified could apply to join in the pilot. All pilot areas would use the unified cross-region transfer procedure to carry out the following pilot work based on Clinic Expense Cross-Province Settlement Processing Regulation.
