Nanjing Gaochun First High-end Family Tour Complex Gucheng Bay Takes Shape

In the golden autumn, the cultural tourism zone of Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park (HLTP), as known as Gucheng Bay, was taking shape. It was also the first high-end family vacation tour complex in Gaochun District.

As the consumption demands on cultural travel rose and the development of Green Sunrise Industry had priority, it was an opportunity for leisure vacation tour and cultural tour. Gucheng Bay was planned at such a moment. The Project covered 729 mu with total floor area of about 100,000 m2. In 2018, it was listed in Jiangsu Major Project List. In 2019, it was listed in Jiangsu Major Tourism Projects List. Gucheng Bay began construction in December 2017. As plan, hotels in it would be open on January 1st 2021 and the Phase I would be open in full in that May. The annual tourists were estimated to reach 1 million after opening.

Gucheng Bay connected Gaochun Old Street in the north. It located beside Gucheng Lake. It enjoyed the local cultural deposits with long history and water-town featured resource. Around the Project, there were many high-end life facilities, including the adjoining Gaochun Graceland. It enhanced each other’s charm that the Project and high-quality new republication period style architectures.

Based on the demands of high-net-worth individuals on family tour and high-end life quality in Yangtze River Delta, Gucheng Bay Project introduced many leading brands of high-end resort, popular restaurant and retailer to create the first night travel destination and chic consumption complex in Gaochun. Moreover, it would be constructed into the first ecological family tour destination in Nanjing and the first high-end comprehensive family camp in Gaochun relying on family travel facilities, such as pets interaction, international-quality unpowered park and the first Children’s Theater in Gaochun. Till now, it had concluded agreements with New Century Hotels & Resorts and Mahua Funage, which boosted Gucheng Bay to be the new landmark of family vacation tour in Nanjing.

In it, Nanjing Gaochun Graceland, adjoining Gucheng Bay, focused on wellness and aimed to be the sample of better life as well as lead the local lifestyle.
