Yada Yangxian Xinshan Town Integration Progress Accelerates and Underpasses Completed

In September, Yada Yangxian Xishan Phase I were delivered. In October, the Mid-autumn Lantern Festival was held at Town Center. At the beginning of November, the underpass of Dongda Road were completed and came into service.

The completion of the underpass brought more safety and convenience to residents of Cloud and Stream when they went to Town Center and Yada Theater. That also meant the integration process of Yada Yangxian Xishan had been accelerated.

At the beginning of planning, Yada Yangxian Xishan had considered integration construction as one of the Town’s development objectives.

In the landscape of about 6000mu, we rearranged the landscape system for the organic blend of architecture and nature. Moreover, by combining diversified business patterns, such as culture, commerce, healthcare, agriculture, tourism and wellness living, we realized mutual growth and integration and harmonious development of the Town with the region.

The newly completed underpass was designed to improve the internal traffic circulation system of the Town and link residential complex to the core facilities, which realized resource sharing and a real integration Town.

The underpass of Dongda Road did not only work as a traffic line, but also a route for sightseeing.

The underpass was designed with pedestrian system separated from vehicle system. In particular, the walkway with flower beds was not only a distinctive scenery, but also showed its humanized design for designers set up stone bench beside flower beds for rest.

To relieve sense of oppression from underpass, we installed decoration strips on both sides of the road and equipped lighting system that ensured sufficient light and brought warmth for pedestrians.

Another feature of the underpass was the wheelchair-accessible trail system.

Such design ensured the integrity of landscape and tourists’ emotions during walking. A long gentle slope also broke the change of heights and distance, realizing seamless connection of pedestrians with the nature.  

As Mr. Ma Xiaowei, the chief designer of the Town landscape, said, the design methods were innovative at home. It was also a kind of artistic state pursued by Chinese that No one knew where nature began or art ended.

During daytime, residents of Clouds and Stream could idled about to enjoy the landscape. When darkness fell, they could go to Town Center to enjoy the charm of night through the well-lighted underpass.

Here, we enjoyed a bright night at the Town and flavor of Yangxian.

When you were in high spirits, you could go to Peking Brewing Bar with friends to drink.

Then we returned back home by the underpass. The moon was bright in the starry night sky. We were also moved by such peace and warmth.

The place of “Prosperity inside, landscape outside” may be an ideal place for most of us who searched for a dwelling of mind.
