Zhejiang CAD：Set Aged-care Institution nearby Elderly

During the Authority Channel of the fifth session of 13th Zhejiang Provincial People’s Congress on 26th January, Director of Zhejiang Provincial Civil Affairs Department Mr. Wang Jianhou said, Zhejiang would make a breakthrough in aged-care services by doing well a big job and a small one. The former one is to transform the “elderly following institution” into “institution following elderly” by carrying the aged-care institution planning. The later one is to solve unbalanced basic aged-care service offering for the elderly on islands of Zhoushan.
