NHC：State-owned Hospital Budget Cuts

Recentely, Financial Department of National Healthcare Commission issued 2021 Department Budget of NHC. The revenue in the general public budgets of NHS in 2021 is 13.7769261 billion that is 12.4909322 billion yuan less than the actual figure of 2020. Main reason to cut the budget is cancelling the one-off items such as the epidemic prevention & control, and executing the principle of practising austerity. Tightening budgets may has something to do with purchase large-scale medical equipment by borrowing in past years. The usage of these equipment was not too much, which caused resource waste and long-term debt.
