World's First Yada Panasonic Community Coming Soon

Both healthcare and aged-care are the important social topics in China today. According to the seventh national population census of May 2021, China has the population of 1.41 billion, among which the population in 60 years' old and above is 264 million, 18.7% of the total; the group in 65 years' old and above 190 million, 13.5% of the total. That means China has stepped into the deep aging society.

In developed Japan, there is one senior citizen over 65-year old in every four persons. The aging situation in Japan is more severe than that in China. As one of century-old enterprises in Japan, Panasonic began to study and develop aged care related technology and products and has accumulated rich experience since 20 years ago.

During the transformation of century Panasonic, we placed the "healthcare and aged care" as one of four core businesses. We expected to work with Yada to offer Chinese consumers a healthier, smarter, more comfortable and safer lifestyle by integrating Japanese leading aged-care experience and advantages in household appliance, living space technology and products.

Focusing on China's aged care, healthcare and tourism industries, Yada creates the health and aged care Park as well as tourist destination in China based on Chinese situation, and promotes the development of healthcare, aged care and tourism in China.

In 2011, Yada's first health ecological park (Wuzhen Graceland) was settled down. It began the model of "compound park aged-care" in China. Wuzhen Graceland has been developed into the sample of China's wellness and aged care. It is called "the most successful aged-care and travel town in China".

A few years later, Yada create a oxygen town with beautiful landscape based on the leading planning and larger scale in Yixing - Yada Yangxian Xishan.

In 2019, Yada and Panasonic launched a win-win cooperation, signing the Strategic Cooperation Memo. According to the Memo, both sides would create Yada Panasonic Community, an international smart healthy community, at Yada Yangxian Xishan.

The Community introduces Panasonic's health and aged care concept, technology and related service from every aspect, and fully integrates Chinese and Japanese leading technology and smart health solutions. With the "plus 10 years to healthy life" target, it is committed to bring the authentic comfortable and safe  healthcare and aged care service and offer a new sample with worth of learning to today's Chinese healthcare and aged care industries.

Healthy Life is one of core concepts of Yada Panasonic Community. It expects to create a healthy and clean life that everyone could enjoy by Panasoinc's leading healthy space innovation techonlogy and smart facilities.

It fully integrates with the surroundings and the supporting facilities to establish an open and inclusive "sustainable community" that could meet the residents' demands on commerce, culture, social contact, fitness and healthcare.

The landscape pedestrian overpass links Yada Panasonic Community and the Town Subcenter that contains the hotel, the supermarket, a canteen and other business patterns. That could meet the residents' high-quality commercial demands.

Near the hill and by the water, Yada Panasonic Community owns extraordinary ecological environment. But there was a problem in need of thinking about at the beginning of architectural design. That was how to integrate the whole community into the nature and make every department to enjoy better landscape and sunshine.

Yada Panasonic Community carried out the wind environment simulation and adjusted the layout of buildings and complex, so that the wind on the lake could be pass through the whole community. At the same time, it employs the multi-complex layout to increase the distance between buildings to get more sunshine.

Both on the east and west sides, it employs the set-back design model to fuzz up the boundary between the nature and the building. In the sense, the Community could integrate into the nature more.

Designers innovatively designed the terrace on the top floor and the last top floor into the "air garden”. Residents could feel the natural life better.
