On July 14th 2021, Civil Affairs Departments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province jointly signed Jing-Jin-Ji Civil Affairs Business Joint Development Three-year Action Plan (2021-2023). According to the File, they will deepen the cooperation in the field of aged care service, social affairs, social organizations and leadership exchange. In addition, the three regions will push the aged care service to extent to Beijing surroundings.
