Beijing: 16 Clauses and 7-day Cooling Period for Moving to Aged-care Institution

Recently, Beijing Aged-care Service Agreement (Institutional Version) sample text was officially implemented jointly by Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau and Market Supervision Bureau. To avoid and reduce the dispute risen from impulse purchase, the sample text set forth a 7-day cooling period. In addition, it also specified the clauses related to both sides' responsibilities for breach of contract, refund, dispute settlement and other content in 16 clauses.
