Early morning, the members of Graceland Morning Exercise Club make an appointment to come to college for exercise together. The health aerobic exercises are suitable for all ages to adjust the body and mind. The process of practice can help people dredge the meridians, unblock the qi and blood, and strengthen the body. Getting up for exercise in the morning for nearly 1 hour every day will make you full of energy throughout the day.
The members of Graceland Tai Chi Club have
also insisted on getting up early for exercise. Tai Chi boxing or Tai Chi sword
both could coordinate balance ability, improve body flexibility, as well as
make body and mind more free.
Gradually, Tai Chi has become a daily
necessity for many residents, bringing joy and power. Just as an aunt said, waking
up in the morning, eating half full, and then practicing Tai Chi with everyone.
After the exercise, you will feel refreshed all day long.
Walking into the gym, the screams and
cheers on the playground make people feel like they have returned to the campus
life. The members of Air Volleyball Club are full of energy, performing smash, agile block and precise dropping ball with all their
hearts.
Compared with volleyball, air volleyball has a moderate amount of exercise and is easier to learn. It is not only fitness, but also leisure and entertainment. Join like-minded neighbors and friends in the gym to learn from each other, caring for each other as well as obtain self-confidence and happiness.
Playing table tennis is a favorite of many
residents. When playing the game, not only the eyes and hands are required to
be fast, but also the footsteps must be coordinated quickly.
In the Table Tennis Club of Graceland,
everyone make friends through the ball. While exercising, they also maintain friendship.
In addition, they also organize neighborhood friendly matches from time to
time, and invite external table tennis associations for communicating. From the
50s to 80s, a small table tennis table connects the beautiful sports daily life
of Graceland family.
In the afternoon, when you walk into the Ballroom
Dance Club of Graceland, you can always be infected by the enthusiasm in it.

Dancing ballroom dances can make joints
more flexible and soft, strengthen bones, enhance cardiopulmonary function, and
promote blood circulation. Ballroom dancing is also very inclusive, allowing us
to meet more new friends. Whether they are familiar or not, together under
music they’re "best partners".
At night, members who love to dance meet
together to start a wonderful dancing time. The dance could be graceful and
classical, or passionate and unrestrained, constantly changing styles.
"We almost practice every day, even if it is windy and rainy. We will make an appointment to dance together." Because of love, day-to-day practice has become a joy. In Graceland Dance Art Club, some members have a good foundation, and they are enthusiastic to help their neighbors who have just started. Some learn a new dance and share it with others. In addition to exercising, they are more about accompany each other.
