Wuzhen and Yixing Yada Parks Held 2022 Spring Semester Opening Ceremony

On March 5th, Yile College of Wuzhen Yada International Health Ecological Park and Yada Academy of Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park held 2022 Spring Semester Opening Ceremony respectively, welcoming the new semester and a new journey together.

At Wuzhen Park, Yile College Opening Ceremony was themed “A Date with Spring, Go School Together”. Over one hundred teachers and students gathered at Yile Lecture Hall, reviewed the past time, shared what they learned and informed term issues, working out a blueprint on harvest and growth in the new semester.

The Talent show was held at the Hall square. Students from Tai Chi class and Dance class in professional dresses made wonderful performance for new and old classmates. Students from Zheng class and Calligrapahy class played instruments and wielded their writing brushes for a poetic life. The College’s teachers and students showed the splendid life status of “Learning and Joy in the Sliver Age” by genuine knowledge. The 2022 spring curriculum of Yile College contained 21 courses in five categories, namely calligraphy and painting, wellness, culture and art, instruments as well as skill improvement, continuously building up a colorful academic lifestyle for the residents.

Yada Academy 2022 Spring Semester Opening Ceremony of Yixing Yada Park was held at Yada Life  Bookstore. More than seventy people, including Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianning, Yada management team, teachers and students of Yada Academy Spring Semester talked about the new semester and looked forward to the future.

With the theme of “Ploughing and Weeding in the Spring”, Co-Founder of Yada Academy Mr. Yang Kui as well as teacher and student representatives had a “Ploughing Starting” cerenmony together. The wooden plough passed over books, implying the official beginning of a new semester and best wishes to students for an fruitful and pleasant study.

In the activity, teachers of Yada Academy had exchanges, shared their joy and achievements during teaching as well as explained teaching concept in the new semester. Excellent students representatives expressed their gratitude to all Academy staff for their efforts and to school mates for their help. They expected to grow together and learn happily.

During the ceremony, Yada Academy issued Letters of Appointment to teachers. This semester was the fourth semester since its official opening. Student number has reached up to 90. The curriculum has been enlarged to 19 courses from the initial 6 courses, covering Tai Chi, calligraphy & painting, vocal music, zheng, guqin, pipa, photography, ceramics, yoga, bakery and etc. Spontaneously organizing clubs by residents have also developed rapidly. From the second half year of 2021 till now, there have been nine clubs in different specialities, including Xishan Drama Club and Xishan Culture Volunteer Club which began preparation in this semester, further enriching the practical life after school.  

After the Opening Ceremony, Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning had closed communication with Yangxian Xishan residents to learn about their life status at the Park. He said, Yada Academy as one of the key cultural supporting facilities at Yada Park, would provide abundant spiritual & cultural activities, making the wellness and aged-care life more colorful.

Yada Parks pay high attention on residents’ spiritual and cultural life during construction and operation. Wuzhen Park began construction of communal facilities first, including Yile College, started the college-style aged-care pattern. Yixing Park, based on local long historic and cultural deposits, built up Dongpo Pavilion, Yada Culture & Art Center, Yada Academy and other facilities for culture and education, invited celebrities from all walks of life to hold themed lectures and talks, organized varied kinds of culture gatherings, and offered life aesthetics courses, creating colorful Park life centering on Jiangnan culture. Featured cultural activities at Yada Parks continue to meet various spiritual demands of residents and become an indispensable part of the ideal home. Meanwhile, Yada as a brand is greatly valued and well recognized for its positive social impact.
