Yixing Park Held Yada 11th Anniversary Exchange & Sharing Conference

On April 13th 2022, the 11th Anniversary of Yada Founding, Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park held “Grow with Yada” Staff Exchange & Sharing Conference successfully at Yada Panasonic Community. Staff representatives from different zones of the Park gathered together to share work attainment and career experience.

During the activity, outstanding staff from the Park’s commercial company, Yada Academy and Finance Department told their working experience, gains and growth at Yada based on their job responsibilities. Participating staff agreed the significance of corporate cultivation, leadership care and colleague coordination to personal growth. They expressed gratitude to Yada for the great career developing platform.

Sharing of those outstanding staff resonated with the participants. They made active speeches and exchanged their feelings based on their own work.

The Conference was one part of the internal training sessions of Yixing Park. Since the epidemic outbreak in this March, the Park has carried out strict epidemic prevention and control measures, while paid high attention to staff growth. Different departments actively organized internal trainings. From corporate culture, working skills to experience summary and etc., more than 20 trainings were participated by more than 300 person-times. By these activities, the staff further improved their career skills and service awareness, departments continuously enhanced interchange as well as the recognition of corporate culture kept deepening.
