Life Service Center organized Delivering Coolness in Summer activity in such a hot summer. Life Housekeepers sent cool drinks they made by themselves to residents. Life Service enter also place cool drinks in activity rooms and deliver to the elderly residents’ home.

In the activity room, Life Housekeeper sent plum juice to residents. Sweet smile and sincere greeting are like clear spring to nourish the heart in summery days.

Careful Maintenance for Beautiful Park

Careful service is for a comfortable and clean living environment. Gaochun Graceland began its “COOL” mode b improve life quality and better the Park environment.

Facing with the approaching rainy season, Engineering and Maintenance Team check the equipment and carry out a comprehensive clean and dredging of the pipes, to ensure the safe water and power supply and reduce flood control pressure.

In 40℃ weather, Cleaning Team clean and disinfect the Park very carefully, creating a clean and tidy living experience.

Lasting hot and dry weather caused bigger challenge to the Park green belt. Greenery Maintenance Team recruits more staff and adds maintenance frequence to care every trees and plants in the Park.

Mosquito Repelling Action for Healthy Life

Due to the heat and humidity, it is suitable for mosquito to grow. Engineering Maintenance Team installed anti-mosquito equipment to create a healthy and comfortable outdoor environment for residents.

Life Housekeepers select sachets to hang in the lifts. These sachets can dispel peculiar smell and repel mosquitos. They deliver care and service of the team quietly.

Strict Control and Prevention for Safe Life

Strict control and prevention is for a safe and worriless living environment. Both in the morning and evening, Security and Concierge Team remain at their posts and go on patrol according to the schedule to guard the home.

They register vehicle registration, and strengthen daily work. They create a safe wall for residents by their actions.

In the hot summer days, Security and Concierge staff take the role of delivery to send mails to the elderly’s home.

When the night falls, Security Team began training to enhance basic skill and improve service level for a better spiritual outlook to serve residents.

Besides air conditioning and WIFI, a good swimming is a must in hot summer days. No long queue and waiting. No traveling by car. The swimming pool party is going on in front of your home.
