Mingling Yaohu Town Begins to Take Shape

Recently, on the site of Mingling Yaohu Town lying Yixing Yangxian Ecotourism Resort (Zhangzhu Town), high pillars were rising straight from the ground. The Project has construction area of more than 2000 mu in total. Workers were building featured supporting facilities of the Town at full capacity.

Tour Train

The Tour Train of 7 kilometers long has begun to take shape. It runs around the Project. Now we can even image the magnificent scale after completion.

“Our train is not undersized cartoon train commonly seen in resort hotel but emulated green steam train. Therefore, the track has higher construction standard. As estimated, the whole track would close and complete track laying at the end of this year. In short future, tourist could go through elevated line, tunnels and caves by the train and travel the whole town immersively.”

It is known that the total investment of Mingling Yaohu Town is 13 billion yuan. The core area contains one lake, one axis, one belt and seven zones. It is committed to be a cultural tourism town integrating natural ecology and Yixing local culture.

According to “Three Centers and Three Hotels” planning, Yaohu Town with total construction area of 120000 m2 and 700 rooms has completed interior decoration. It will be a landscape accommodation on Yaohu Lake by optimizing supporting facility details.

Lakeside Landscape Ramble Center in the Tourists Center has completed the main body of building and outdoor decoration and began the mop-up of landscape creation. Staff Center, Tourists Center, Yaohu Hotel and Tea Garden Hotel have completed the main body construction and began decoration.

In the Scenic Zone, the construction of all zones were in full swing. Nearly 2000 workers were fully promoting the project ahead.

In the pedestrian street, an ancient style dragon kiln was so attractive.

Yaohu Town was designed by the chief planner of Wuzhen Tourism Mr. Chen Xianghong. It integrates Yixing local culture. Dragon kiln, zisha, townsmen culture and other Yixing elements will be the “singboard” of the Town, promoting it to be the nationally or even internationally first-class new benchmark in cultural tourism for its humanity connotation.

During the construction, Yaohu Town was planning hard core products with more Yixing characteristics and influence to create more reasons for tourists to “have to travel in Yixing”.
