2022 China Urban Aged Care Service Demand Report Officially Published

On December 23rd, Finance of Aging Branch of China Gerontology and Geriatrics Society, the research group of Silver Economy and Health Wealth Development Index of Tsinghua University and Dajia Insurance Group jointly published 2022 China Urban Aged Care Service Demand Report. The Report’s investigation samples cover 770,000 urban residents in 19 provinces (regions, cities) all over the country. According to the result, the aged care service supply in our country has improved in three aspects of catalogues, quantities and quality, which promotes the demands on high-quality and customized service. Healthcare, rehabilitation and nursing are the core demands in aged care service. Most residents accept three-phase aged care. Urban residents have increasingly demands on “insurance + aged care service” and tend to choose aged care institutes close to home, children and emergency center in the downtown.
