Part.1 Epidemic Control at Graceland

In the past year, the world was ever-changing. Ordinariness seems more treasurable. We believe that our life would be back on track in the new year with the support from our dearest residents.

Guidelines on Living at Home

Safety and health are the base of reunion. We care our residents’ health from every detail in life. Here is our Guidelines on Living at Home:

- Wear face mask correctly when we are out. Open windows for ventilations regularly every day and keep the ventilation in the rooms.

- Wash hands or do hand sanitization when preparing food, before meals, after going potty, after taking off face mask and etc. Cover the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing by tissues. The tissue should be thrown into the rubbish bin.

- Home-care patients should minimalize the contact with other family members. Do sanitation to life necessities and washing room after each use.

- Put the used tissue, face masks, disposable gloves and other necessities for life into plastic bags, and then put into special rubbish bins.

Property Management Service Daily Report

During the epidemic, Graceland Property Management staff offer 7x24 service to deliver warmth and improve the residents’ living quality at home.

- Disinfection at lifts twice every day, disinfection at the public area twice every day, daily infection at the express delivery room; deliver express to the door for home quarantine residents; stairs of buildings that home quarantine residents live in were disinfected four times every day;

- Graceland Property Management set up a Friendly Neighborhood platform for material and resources sharing, promoting residents to help each other by sharing.

- For any material in urgent need, resident could register it at the Service Center. Graceland Property Management will send information in residents’ groups and feedback and contact related resident.

Community Assistance in Materials

Community workers were ready to offer the necessities in living and medicine. Residents who has any demands could contact the community or the community clinic.

Strategy on Medicine Purchase

During the epidemic, every resident could buy six pills of antipyretics at the pharmacy. Here also offers Vitamin C, antipyretic pastes and other medicines.

Part.2 Joyful Gathering at Yale

Hope is coming in the spring. When everything awakes, we could have a hug with the life longing for. In the New Year, may we have a leisure and joyful time.

Graceland New Year’s Shopping Festival

Sense of New Year does not mean a New Year’s Eve dinner. We could invite friends to write the spring festival scrolls and decorate our homes. The annual Graceland New Year’s Shopping Festival offers you a joyful holiday full of new year sense in your memory.
