1st International Conference on Aging-Responsive Civilization Held at Yaohu Town

On October 14th, 1st International Conference on Aging-Responsive Civilization opened at Yaohu Town in Yixing Yangxian Ecotourism Resort with the theme of “the aging and aging-responsive civilization”. More than 300 experts from home and abroad gathered together to discuss the concept, theory, strategy and public policies on positive response to the aging in the 2-day conference.

Yaohu Town made its first appearence in this Conference. The Town that just began and took shape showed the profound history and culture background. Innovitive design focused on the lcoal mountain, waters and bamboo to create a wonderland in the tea farm and bamboo forest.

The main meeting-place located at Hotel Yaohu. It was a luxury hotel integrating local features of Jiangnan and leading design concept with more than 600 rooms. Yaohu International Convention & Exhibition Hall was a large-scale comprehensive hall that could held domestic and international conference and exhibition. It had six conference zones. Their names displayed Yixing features, like Jingzhou Hall, Dabin Hall and Gongchun Hall.
