Yada Aged-care Industry Fund Held 2023 Annual Investors Conference

On January 26th 2024, Yada Aged-care Industry Fund held 2023 Annual Investors Conference at Yada Yangxian Xishan, Yixing, Jiangsu. The Conference was chaired by Mr. Jiang Jianning, the founding partner of Yada Capital. IDG Captial partner Mr. Li Jianguang, representatives of the fund investors, Managing Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo, Vice President Ms. Song Liying, General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi attended the Conference.

In the meeting, Managing Director of Yada Capital Mr. Dong Huanbo reported the overall finance situation of the Fund in 2023, and gave a detailed explanation on the finance income and expenses and benefit of the invested projects to the participants. He also explained the capital usage during the fund management period in a detailed manner.

General Manager of Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhu Haoyi introduced the construction progress that the Fund invested. He also reported the project’s selling and delivery in 2023 to the investors.

Chairman Mr. Jiang Jianning expressed his gratitudes to investors for their care and support to Yada Aged-care Industry Fund in the past. He summarized the overall operation of the Fund in 2023, introduced the following plan and implementation program of the Fund in different business and answered the issues investors concerned. According to him, Yada Fund always paid attention to China’s healthcare and aged-care industries in the six years since its establishment. Based on intense exploration, it tried to gain the best benefits for investors and contribute to offer service to the sever aging society with investors.

In the meeting, investors highly spoke of the Fund management team’s dedication when they faced to varied kinds of challenge but performed their duties and pushed the work forward positively. All participants had profound discussion and exchange on their concerns and the development of China’s aged-care business in the future.

Yada Age-care Fund is jointly established by Yada and IDG for healthcare and aged-care industries. On April 12th 2017, it was successfully approved by AMAC and got the private asset management qualification. The registration No. is P1062350.
