The First Longevity Fund Established

To cope effectively with the challenges by the speedy aging issue in china, the first Longevity Fund was set up by Gerontological Society of China (GSC) on Dec. 18, 2010 in Beijing. The main tasks of the fund are to organize social research and longevity forum to build up its brand, to promote Longevity memorial culture and build a platform for information exchanges, to carry out training and promotion of healthy living style, to implement public services and aged care programs, and to edit and publish longevity related reading materials.
