Shenzhen Invests in Aged-care Facilities by Offering Free Land

Shenzhen Urban Planning and Land Resources Committee recently released Special Plan for Shenzhen Aged-care Facilities (2011-2020). The plan puts forward that social capital can use the land supply mode which offers free land by agreement and government owns property right when investing in aged-care facilities.
