Newly-built Public Aged-care Institutions in Beijing will be Privately Operated

Deputy Director of Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau Mr. Li Hongbing said that Standing Committee of Beijing Municipal People'sCongress had approved the Opinion of Promoting Aged-care Service Industry in Beijing. This opinion clearly stated that newly-built public aged-care institutions would bring in private capital to operate in order to break rigidity problem of state-owned system.
