MOCA: Public Aged-care Institutions will be Restructured into Private/Corporate Structure

Ministry of Civil Affairs recently published a notice that public aged-care institutions would give priority to ensuring the vulnerable groups’ demands, government will no longer provide with people resource and funds to these institutions, which will be transformed into private run or corporate structure.
