MLR: Land for Seniors Housing Will Be Incorporated into the State-Owned Building Land Supply Scheme

Land for senior housing shall be incorporated into the state-owned building land supply scheme, proposed at the minister office meeting of the Ministry of Land and Resources. Supplying land by lease is encouraged in order to reduce the cost of constructing aged-care service facility.
