MLR: Strictly Defines Land for Seniors Housing

The Ministry of Land and Resources recently issued the Guidance on the Aged-care Service Facility Land Use. The Guidance explicitly made nine pieces of suggestions regarding the support for aged-care service facility land supply, the management rules on development and usage as well as the promotion of aged-care service industry development.
