The enthusiasm of entering into aged-cared industry got impaired due to low or no investment return in the past, the situation is expected to change. Zhejiang province is the first to issue provincial new policies to clarify the rights and interests of the investors of private aged-care organizations and declare that these investors can get their investment return.
