Medical-use Land will be Listed for Bidding for the First Time

In order to encourage social capital to establish tertiary hospitals, Shenzhen will for the first time transfer the medical-use land through bidding. Recently, Shenzhen solicits public opinions on the land use plan of Minzhi Tertiary Hospital in Longhua New District. It is reported that it will be the first time in China to list the medical-use land for transferring.
