Recently, Ministry of Finance, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Civil Affairs and National Commission on Aging jointly issued the Notice on Managing Government Purchase of Aged-care Services that said explicitly to further carry out government purchase of aged-care services in a positive and orderly manner.
