Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park Commencement Ceremony Grandly Held

At 10:30 a.m., December 10th 2017, Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park jointly invested and developed by Yada Capital and CYTS Hong Qi Fund held grand Commencement Ceremony at Chunxi town, Gaochun district, Nanjing. More than 60 distinguished guests, including Secretary of CPC Gaochun District Committee Ms. Huo Huiping, Gaochun District Chief Mr. Wu Yongqiang, Director of Gaochun District NPC Mr. Zhao Huoping, Chairman of Gaochun District CPPCC Mr. Shi Jianbo, Founding Partner of Yada Capital and Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Deputy Chairman and CEO of CYTS and General Manager of CYTS Hong Qi Fund Mr. Liu Guangming, Chairman of Yada Senior Living Group and Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Mr. Zhou Jianping, Managing Director of Yada Capital and Vice President of Yada International Ms. Gao Xiang, leaders of Gaochun District Party and District Government and representatives of cooperation units, attended the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Chairman of Beijing Yada Senior Living Group and Jiangsu Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhou Jianping showed gratitude to leaders and distinguished guests who have given support and attention to Gaochun Project. He said, Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park is the first project of Yada Capital since its establishment, Yada will use successful development and operation experience of Wuzhen Project for reference, transform Gaochun’s ecological dominance after years of accumulation into industry development advantages, grasp the health, leisure and tourism industries’ development opportunities, develop and construct the Project with all our strength, create a boutique modern service industry project with innovativeness, exploration and steering significance, as well as help Gaochun achieve new developments and build new advantages.

Deputy Chairman and CEO of CYTS and General Manager of CYTS Hong Qi Fund Mr. Liu Guangming expressed warm congratulations on the commencement of Gaochun Project. He said, outstanding cultural and ecological conditions in Gaochun has deeply integrated with its economic and social development, Gaochun has huge potential to develop ecological tourism and holiday tourism which is highly desirable. As his expectation, by cooperation with Yada Capital, Gaochun Project will be created into the domestic boutique benchmarking project which considers both economic and social benefits, integrates leisure, tourism, wellness, aged-care and other multiple industrial elements, and contributes to the new development situation of Gaochun economy and society’s co-construction, co-fusion and win-win.

Chief Mr. Wu Yongqiang spoke highly of the significance of Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park to the development of Gaochun healthcare and tourism industries. He pointed out that, as one of Gaochun District’s major projects, the Project’s commencement would energize and motive the development of health leisure tourism in Gaochun. He asked that related district departments at all levels should know the significance of the Project, make every endeavor to provide supports and solutions to it, ensure a smooth construction and achieve a fruitful result as early as possible. At the same time, he hoped that, Yada and CYTS could give full play to their advantages, introduce successful experience and operation model of other projects during the construction process, and make Gaochun Project a unique and pioneering benchmarking project as well as the first-class boutique project in Jiangsu Province.

At the end of the ceremony, main guests laid a foundation for Yada Gaochun Health Leisure Tourism Park, which marked the official commencement of the Project.
