Yada Spring Festival Celebrations Integrating Innovation, Culture and Sports Rounded Off

During the Spring Festival of Tiger Year, Yada Parks held more than 50 festival celebrations in full swing, covering large-scale folklore & technology performances, community residents & club activities, various kinds of cultural creation & art exhibitions and etc. More than 100 thousand person-times, including owners, their families and tourists from different regions were attracted to spend a happy Chinese New Year together.

From February 1st to 6th, the first to the sixth day of the first lunar month, Spring Festival in Yangxian series activities were grandly held at the Town Center of Yixing Yada Health Ecological Park. The Event integrated ancient style fair, traditional gourmet, intangible cultural heritage performances, interactive shows and hi-tech drone show, creating an immersive festival experience of “The Dwelling of The Heart” for all tourists. During the holiday, the total number of visiting tourists is more than 100 thousand person-times, lightening the new business type of Spring Festival cultural tourism in Yixing southern mountain area.

From January 31st to February 5th, Yada Academy of Yixing Park held six sessions of life aesthetics courses under the theme of Chinese New Year, covering six traditional Chinese festival folk customs, namely Fortune letter writing and paper cutting, floral arrangement, Tiger lantern making, auspicious pendant weaving, metal clasp purses making as well as paper kites painting. Each session had one theme for one day. All activities, at Yada Life Bookstore, attracted hundreds of person-times in total to participate. Works finished during the courses became the best festival decorating items or gifts to friends, delivering the neighborhood affection and sharing the joy of holiday.

On February 4th, the day of the 24th Winter Olympics Opening Ceremony, Yada Fitness Center of Yixing Park held a parent-child fun sports meeting with the theme of “Welcoming Winter Olympics and Celebrating Spring Festival”. Several owner families joined in the competition of four activities, namely Tiger Eats Sweet Dumplings, Building Blocks with Barriers, Transportation and Balloon Drop. In the joyful atmosphere, all participants felt the happiness of sports and spent quality parent-child time together.

During the Spring Festival holiday, culture and entertainment stores in the Town Center of Yixing Park launched special festival events based on the residents’ spiritual and cultural demands. The Quest of Jiangnan, Zhang Jianhua Culture Space, Experience Center of Yixing Cultural and Creative, Qianxun Art Parlor and Being Space held themed exhibitions on lacquerware, bamboo products, calligraphy & painting, celadon ware, ceramics and pottery tea sets, displaying the beauty and application of traditional Chinese arts from different dimensions.

From January 31st to February 6th, the Chinese New Year’s Eve to the sixth day of the lunar month, Gucheng Bay of Gaohun Health Leisure Tourism Park received about 10 thousand person-times by its Spring Festival Party. To encourage more tourists to involve in the Event, Gucheng Bay specially used live streaming broadcast. On the second day and the fifth day of Chinese New Year, the host led net friends to feel the lively and exciting festival atmosphere in the scenic area and experience colorful themed activities.

Gaochun Graceland, the residential zone of Gaochun Park, held more than 30 community activities during Spring Festival to enrich the residents’ holiday life. All activities were mainly around parent-child interaction and suitable for the whole family, such as film watching, exhibition, hand making and painting, winning unanimous praise from the residents.

In cooperation with the local epidemic control requirements, Wuzhen Park replaced the offline Sping Festival Fair by online greeting activities during the Tiger Year Spring Festival. Staff representatives from more than 10 operation and service departments of the Park as well as Wuzhen Graceland resident representatives made a wonderful greeting video to delivery best festival wishes.

During the Chinese New Year activities, three Yada Parks strictly implemented measures on holiday epidemic control, safety and service guarantee. Around 1100 persons from the Parks’ operational departments and volunteer teams were on duty with due diligence to ensure the safe and stable running of food & beverage, property management, medical care, healthcare, culture and other sections.
