NDRC Advocates PPP Modes in Healthcare and Aged-care Industries

In order to stimulate and guide social investments and improve the supply capacity for public, the National Development and Reform Commission recently released Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of Public-Private-Partnership (PPP), which provides specific requirements on PPP mode, and defines that the PPP mode can be applied to the public service programs such as health care and aged-care.
