Conference on Master Plan of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park held in Tongxiang

On the morning of November 10th, the Conference on Master Plan of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park was held in the office of Wuzhen International Tourism Zone Administration. The General Director of Wuzhen International Tourism Zone Administration Mr. Tao Yongchun presided over the meeting. Deputy Mayor of Tongxiang Mr. Fei Yulin, officials of Tongxiang Land & Resources Bureau, Planning & Construction Bureau, Development & Reform Bureau, Water Resource Bureau, Environment Bureau, Wuzhen International Tourism Zone Administration and Wuzhen Land & Resources Office, the project team of Zhejiang YaDa International Health Park Development Co., Ltd and representatives from the project designing institute presented at the meeting.

The Vice President of YaDa International and General Manager of Zhejiang YaDa International Health Park Development Co., Ltd Mr. Zhou Jianping briefed the positioning and development strategy of Wuzhen project. He also proposed suggestions and requests concerning the meeting topics. Representative from the design institute gave a detailed account of Wuzhen project’s master plan.

Focused on the overall planning, function division, architectural style and traffic flow of Wuzhen project, the attending parties had extended discussions and exchanged views on the character and condition of land usage, technical regulation and land supply plan etc.

The conference further clarified the basic conditions of Wuzhen project’s master plan and laid a solid foundation for the coming implementation. Calling for more efficient utilization of available ecological resource, deeper research on internal and external traffic system, and more emphasis on energy saving and environmental protection, the conference proposed to build Wuzhen project the most representative international senior people homeland park in China. Finally, Deputy Mayor of Tongxiang Mr. Fei Yulin asked all departments concerned to strengthen communication and coordination, accelerate work process and define individual responsibility, ensuring the smooth development of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park.
