YaDa International’s Team Visits Retirement Homes in Japan

Date:2011.11.21

Recently, the Vice Presidents of YaDa International Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang have led a team to visit Japan and made a survey of local aged care industry. They successively paid visits to retirement homes located in Osaka, Nagoya, Tokyo and Yokohama, and had extended discussions with management teams and investors concerned on the topic of aged care industry and operational model in both Japan and China.

Currently, 23% of Japanese people are over the age of 65, which makes the issue of aging in Japan outweighs that from all other nations. The number will exceed 30% in 2050 as estimated. With complete and mature management system and access standard, the aged care industry in Japan has become one of the most important economic contribution sources. The development history of Japan’s aged care industry is instructive to the growth of YaDa international and to the overall industry of China.
