Review Meeting of the Concrete Design for Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital Held in Wuzhen

On August 10th 2012, Tongxiang City Bureau of Development and Reform held a meeting in the conference room of Wuzhen Town International Tourist Attraction Management Committee to review the concrete design for Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital, involving over 20 participants from a number of organizations including Tongxiang City Bureau of Construction, Bureau of Finance, Bureau of Land Resources, Bureau of Power Supply, Gas Group Ltd, Bureau of Water Resources, Bureau of Public Health, Water Resources Group Ltd, Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd, Bureau of Telecom and Wuzhen Town International Tourist Attraction Management Committee, the vice president of Yada International Mr. Zhou Jianping, GMP chief designers and specialized designers from United Design Group (Shanghai).

As the first item on the agenda, GMP chief designer reported on the project design, focusing on facade deign, functions of and connection between buildings and rooftop system. Specialized designers from United Design Group (Shanghai) explained the drainage, sewage, air conditioning, power systems, the passenger and cargo flow line and earthquake-proof level.

After the presentations, experts at the meeting provided constructive input on such matters as future connection with planned roads, power planning, connection with rainstorm and sewage discharge system and storage of solid medical wastes from a professional perspective.

The vice president of Yada International Mr. Zhou Jianping thanked all participants for their generous support to the project. He pointed out that Yada International Rehabilitation Hospital is the first to be built in Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park, also the first high-value project to touch the ground in Wuzhen Town International Tourist Attraction. As the core of the region, its construction is dependent on the cooperation and support of various parties. Yada International will promote the project in line with high standards and in an efficient manner while seriously consider their recommendations.

Tongxiang City Bureau of Development and Reform, after hearing out the expert advice and overall comments and suggestions, decided that the project had met the design requirements and was given a green light.
