YaDa International Obtains the Second Piece of Land for Wuzhen Project

On August 6th 2012, Zhejiang YaDa Development Co., Ltd obtained through competitive bids another piece of 350-mu land for the first phase of Independent Retirement Residential Zone in Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park. The overall construction of aged-care facilities is unfolding. As planned, Chinese style independent retirement apartments will be built up in the 200 mu land for residential use and a community service center containing the University for the Aged will be established in the 150 mu land for educational purpose.

According to the current working schedule, the Independent Retirement Residential Zone will start construction in September and open the showroom area in May 2013. The University for the Aged and the independent retirement apartments will formally come into use by the end of 2014.

Since the construction of Wuzhen Medical Park began on June 28th, the site operation has run smoothly: the site boundary hoarding has been set up; the temporary construction facilities are being built up; the temporary supply of power and water are connecting; and the trial piling already began on July 28th. So far, the overall construction of Wuzhen project proceeds very well.
