Work Report Meeting on Wuzhen Graceland and the University for the Aged Held

On March 5th 2013, Work Report Meeting on Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone and the University for the Aged was held in Hangzhou Rose Garden Resort & Spa. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Chairman of Greentown China Holdings Mr. Song Weiping, General Manager of Zhejiang Yada International Health Park Development Co., Ltd Mr. Zhou Jianping, the Executive General Manager of Greentown China Holdings Mr. Ying Guoyong and Mr. Li Hairong, executives from Greentown Yile Education Investment Company etc. attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the Executive General Manager of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi reported on the annual business plan of Wuzhen project, the preliminary marketing plan and the service system periodic solution. All attending parties put forward constructive suggestion on service system construction and the overall marketing plan and hoped the whole scheme could be improved by the end of March. Mr. Jiang Jianning and Mr. Song Weiping made clear requirements on project development process, marketing promotion and cost control. They pointed out that the project should be fully started in 2013 to ensure the opening of the University for the Aged and the delivery of the first phase of aged apartments.

In addition, the meeting approved that Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone is named “Greentown·Wuzhen Graceland”.
