Managing Director of BOCI Asia Limited‘s PE Division Visits Yada International

On March 7th 2013, Managing Director of BOCI Asia Limited’s PE Division Mr. Geoffrey Lai visited Beijing headquarters of Yada International and had an in-depth discussion with Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning and Vice President Ms. Gao Xiang.

Mr. Jiang Jianning extended warm welcome to Mr. Geoffrey Lai and briefed him on Yada International’s developing strategy, the overall plan and the progress of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park. Mr. Geoffrey Lai agreed to Yada International’s strategic layout in the field of the aged-care and rehabilitation. He pointed out that the development of the aged-care and rehabilitation industries required the participation and promotion of market players. Bank of China International would continuously follow up with Yada International’s development trend and explore potential cooperation opportunities.

BOCI Asia Limited’s PE Division is a private equity investment co-funded by BOCI and Temasek which primarily focuses on China’s huge infrastructure projects and related industries.
