On April 11th 2013, Chairman of Yada International Mr Jiang Jianning warmly received Party Secretary and Director of Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau Mr. Li Wanjun, County Chief of Beijing Miyun County Mr. Wang Haichen and Deputy County Chief Mr. Li Guanghui. Vice Presidents Mr. Zhou Jianping and Ms. Gao Xiang attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Mr. Zhou Jianping briefed the guests on Yada’s development strategy, business plan, project layout, investment model and Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park’s overall planning idea and project progress, and reported on Beijing project’s market research, business model and concept planning, etc with emphasis.
The attending parties had an in-depth discussion on the future prospect for Beijing project. Mr. Jiang Jianning pointed out that Beijing had unique advantages in promoting the development of aged-care industry owing to the rich medical and education resources in this area, and Yada’s Beijing project would strive to become a demonstration project. Mr. Wang Haichen said Miyun County would warmly welcome Yada’s Beijing project to land and the government would provide full support in land supply and surrounding environment improvement. Mr. Li Wanjun indicated it was the first time that he himself came to a company to hear the aged-care project plan in detail and Yada deeply impressed him on its leading position of aged-care development concept and project practice; With the aging population increasing severely, Beijing’s aged-care service industry needed to follow the road of industrialization and socialization, and he would lend full support to Beijing project’s successful landing with the expectation of Yada’s project becoming the first pilot project of Beijing’s aged-care service industry; Beijing’s relevant departments were working on a series of supporting policies to resolve such key problems as aged-care project’s land supply and operations support. He hoped that Yada would continue to deepen the study of Beijing’s aged-care industry and the plan of Beijing project, providing a useful reference for government decision-making.
Mr. Jiang Jianning concluded by saying that, according to Beijing’s market situation, Yada would thoroughly research on the project format, further improve the overall plan and explore the suitable aged-care service model for Beijing. The Beijing project concept plan featured by renowned American-based aged-care design company was supposed to be completed by the end of this month. Yada would adhere to create an aged-care industry park with international standards and in accordance with China’s national conditions.
