Design Assessment Meeting of Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone West Area Held

On April 17th 2013, the Planning Scheme and Preliminary Design Assessment Meeting of Wuzhen Independent Retirement Residential Zone (Greentown• Wuzhen Graceland) West Area, organized by Tongxiang Housing and Urban Bureau and Tongxiang Development and Reform Bureau, was held in the meeting room of Tongxiang Yinyuan Grand Hotel. The participants included TongXiang NPC Urban and Rural Construction and Rural Economic Committee, Tongxiang CPPCC Economic and Scientific Committee, Land and Resources Bureau, Environmental Protection Agency, Traffic Police Brigade, People’s Air Defence Office, Wuzhen Town Government, Wuzhen Town Protection and Tourism Development Management Committee, Power Supply Bureau, Telecommunication Bureau, Radio and Television Station, Water Affairs Group and Hong Kong and China Gas Group. Vice-general Manager of Zhejiang Yada International Health Park Development Co., Ltd Mr. Fu Quanhua, Executive General Manger of Zhejiang Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi, main designers from Hangzhou 9m Design Institute and Shanghai Dingzhou Architecture Design Studio, and other more than 30 people attended the meeting.

During the meeting, Mr. Zhu Haoyi gave a brief introduction on the development and construction progress of the project. Then main designers from each design companies did detailed reports focusing on form organization and planning of the industry park, architecture’s elderly-oriented design and the traffic system situation. They also conducted special statements on dewatering, rainfall, sewage, fire control and energy saving.
