Design Meeting for Wuzhen Rehabilitation Hospital Held at the Project Site

On Jun 20th 2013, the Progress Report Meeting on Landscape, Facade and Interior Design for Wuzhen Rehabilitation Hospitalwas held in the office of the project site. Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning, Vice President Mr. Zhou Jianping, Partner of GMP Mr. Stephan Schütz, Design Director Mr. Wu Di, Project Manager of United Design Group (Shanghai) Mr. Yu Jun, Chief Designer of Zhejiang Humanities Landscape Mr. Zhou Guangping and working teams from SuPIngenieure GmbH and WIDNELL Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd attended the meeting. The attendees successively discussed on the landscape design report, solution on facade samples and interior design report.

Zhejiang Humanities Landscape’s design team firstly briefed the optimized design based on the Landscape Concept Design Meeting on May 30th 2013. The meeting held that the design plan should reduce the diversity of tree species appropriately and reveal the architecture and landscape of Rehabilitation Hospital in unified style. The design team agreed to improve the design plan based on the aforementioned proposals and effective cost control principle.

Secondly, SuPIngenieure GmbH reported on the improved design plan which was drafted after the facade sample area’s completion. The meeting agreed with the solution on the keel, eaves dewatering, plywood combination and the screen door in the improved design plan.

Then Mr. Stephan Schütz presented the interior design plan of the main building. This design plan unified the ward buildings’ standard and emphasized on using color variations to reflect Rehabilitation Hospital’s architecture style.

At last, Mr. Jiang Jianning gave affirmation to the above three aspects of work and agreed with the facade’s improved design. He required that the landscape and interior design team should firmly continue optimizing the design plan and GMP should provide a complete detailed interior design plan on Jul 15th 2013.
