Theme Meeting on Yada’s Beijing Project Held at Miyun

On the afternoon of July 1st 2013, Theme Meeting on Yada’s Beijing (Miyun) Project was held at the meeting room of Miyun County Government. Deputy County Chief of Miyun Mr. Li Guanghui chaired the meeting. County Chief Mr. Wang Haichen, Standing Deputy County Chief Mr. Wang Wendong, Chairman of Yada International Mr. Jiang Jianning and Vice President Mr. Zhou Jianping were present. Officials of Miyun Development and Reform Commission, Municipal Administration and Amenities Committee, Land Bureau Branch, Planning Bureau Branch, Landscape and Forestry Bureau, City Affairs Bureau, Environment Protection Bureau, Water Supplies Bureau, Cloud Valley Economic Development Center, and Xitian Area and work team of Yada attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Zhou Jianping made an introduction on the present aged-care situation at home and abroad, especially in Beijing, the company profile of Yada as well as the concept plan of Beijing (Miyun) Project. General Manager of Cloud Valley Economic Development Center Mr. Chen Qibing briefed participants the relevant situation of the project’s land status, historical problems and unsolved problems.

After the briefing, officials of Miyun bureaus spoke actively representing their respective responsible units and gave suggestions of solutions to the specific problems at the early period of project landing. Mr. Jiang Jianning expressed sincere thanks to Miyun County Party Committee, Miyun County Government and Miyun bureaus for their strong supports. He said Yada had faith in making Beijing project a top class health and aged-care community in accordance with China’s national conditions. As for the next step, in order to ensure the project’s quick start, Yada would actively collaborate with Miyun government to complete Cloud Valley Economic Development Center’s overall planning and hoped Miyun government could rapidly define the land use schedule, surrounding infrastructure construction, the project promoting schedule and the docking mechanism between government and enterprise.

At last, Mr. Wang Haichen warmly welcomed Yada’s aged-care community to locate in Miyun and confirmed that Yada’s Beijing (Miyun) project had been submitted to Beijing Municipal Government as a key project. He required all participated departments and bureaus to expand mentality, provide full support and cooperate closely with Yada. In addition, all problems brought about by Yada should be solved successively in the least time to ensure the cooperation’s smoothly progress.

During the meeting, Party Secretary of Miyun County Mr. Wang Xianyong also showed up to support Yada’s Beijing (Miyun) project.
