Senior Management of Blackstone Visits Yada International

On July 23rd 2013, the Senior Managing Director of Blackstone Group and the Chief Representative of the firm’s Beijing Office Mr. Fu Shan visited Yada International’s Beijing headquarters and met with the Chairman of Yada Mr. Jiang Jianing. Vice General Manager of China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation’s Asset Management Division Mr. Zhang Qiao and Vice President of Yada Ms. Gao Xiang were present.

Mr. Jiang Jianning warmly welcomed Mr. Fu Shan and gave a detailed introduction on Yada’s development strategy as well as the geographical location, functional planning and the progress of Wuzhen Project and Beijing Project. Both sides held an in-depth discussion on the development status, operation pattern and market prospect of China’s aged-care industry. Mr. Fu Shan appreciated the strategy layout of Yada International focusing on aged-care and rehabilitation fields and hoped to further explore the potential opportunities of cooperation in the future
