Wuzhen Project’s Independent Retirement Residential Zone Opens Model Unit Area

On July 27th 2013, the Opening Ceremony of Independent Retirement Residential Zone (Wuzhen Graceland)’s Model Unit Area of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park and the Launch Event of College Style Aged-care Service Products were held in Wuzhen Zhejiang. About 3 hundred of aged people and media journalists from Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Jiaxing etc participated.

The ceremony started with aged people’s Tai Chi show. The Vice President of Yada International, President of Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhou Jianping delivered address, congratulating on the opening of Independent Retirement Residential Zone’s Model Unit Area and expressing confidence to guests and the public in building high quality aged-care community. After that, Mr. Zhou Jianping cut the ribbon together with General Manager of Greentown Yile Education Investment Company Ms. Ge Tingting and General Manager of Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi.

The model unit area fully demonstrated Wuzhen Graceland’attention paid on human-oriented designs concerning the aged people’s daily life and safety, and the simple and elegant decoration style and comfortable design won favorable comments from visitors. In the demonstration area, the aged health management and aged education that would be routine services in Graceland were also well received by the guests.

At the Launch Event of College Style Aged-care Products held later, journalists from over 20 mainstreams nationwide were present. General Manager of Greentown Yile Education Investment Company Ms. Ge Tingting and General Manager of Yada Real Estate Co., Ltd Mr. Zhu Haoyi respectively introduced the concept, model, service system of aged-care service product featured by strong education function and Wuzhen Graceland’s exploration in optimum aging design. In addition, the Appointment Ceremony of Wuzhen Graceland Quality Supervision Team, Service Guidance Team and Yile College’s Expert Team were held simultaneously. 10 social representatives, prospective owner representatives, and the Vice President of Hangzhou Normal University, Dean of Institute of Gerontology Mr. Guo Qing accepted the letters of appointment. Mr. Guo Qing, on behalf of the expert team of Yile College, expressed expectation and confidence in promoting China’s aged industry together with Wuzhen Graceland.

According to the plan, the Independent Retirement Residential Zone (Wuzhen Graceland) of Wuzhen International Health Ecological Park will come into service by the end of next year.
